Our venue is exclusively yours to host a celebration of life. This can take whatever form is appropriate for you and your loved ones.
We have hosted many ceremonies and services over the years, in our Library for smaller numbers or in the Old Tithe Barn for larger gatherings.
We welcome all denominations to use the space and will liaise with your chosen Service Leader on the day.
RECEPTION
Our Old Tithe Barn, with it's majestic vaulted ceilings is a light, welcoming yet intimate space.
Filled with warmth, Bix Manor is a safe and caring environment in which to remember, mourn and celebrate the life of a loved one.
The venue is arranged to welcome however many guests you have, in a warm and homely manner, as well as providing you with drinks and first class refreshments.
We are conveniently situated in a peaceful and tranquil countryside location, just two miles outside Henley on Thames.
REFLECTION
Our Library Room offers a quiet sanctuary for reflection and moments of calm.
Our team are experienced in the emotions of those planning a celebration of life and are attuned to the needs of your guests on the day.
Bix Manor is owned and lovingly run by Gary Hall who has held the hands of many hosts over the years.

PRICE GUIDE-2023
The facility fee for the use of all our facilities here at Bix Manor depends on how long your event lasts and on which day of the week. The fee includes exclusive use of the venue and the use of all our furniture. Our capacity for a reception is 150 and 120 seated.
Half day events are normally up to 4 hours and would finish by 5.30 pm.
For Celebration of Life receptions, we offer a wonderful afternoon tea menu or an extensive range of finger buffet and bowl food menus starting from £20.50 per person. Please ask for a menu brochure.
