Cancellation Terms




All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions;

We require written confirmation of all dates booked along with a deposit of £235.00 per day.

Meeting room cancelled one month in advance                    No charge

Meeting room cancelled 3 or 4 weeks in advance                 50% of Room Hire Charge

Meeting room cancelled 1 or 2 weeks in advance                 100% of Room Hire Charge

Meeting room cancelled less than 24 hours in advance        £350 Charge, which includes

                                                                                                  contribution to hospitality costs

Meeting room postponed to date, subject to availability,     £50 Administration Charge

within 2 weeks of original date

Meeting room postponed to date more than 2 weeks           Cancellation policy applies

from original date
