In 1986 when Gary Hall first saw Bix Manor with its 17th century Manor House and Great Tithe Barn and the six acre garden, near Henley on Thames in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, he knew instantly that he had found the perfect place to bring up his family and from which to work.

Hospitality has been at the heart of the Hall Family for three generations and here, in the Thames Valley they have created one of the  most exceptional and luxury wedding venues and private training and conference facilities in oxfordshire, which he has shared with many local families and businesses. Bix Manor has its own catering team and invites hosts to bring their own wine and Champagne; there is no corkage charge.

Gary trained at the world famous Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. His style is relaxed but with an exquisite attention to detail and a wonderful sense of occasion.
